How to Update Your Payment Card Data

Keeping your payment card information up-to-date is crucial to ensuring uninterrupted service and avoiding any potential payment issues. If you need to update your payment card data, follow the detailed steps below.


 

Step 1: Log In to Your PayPro Global Account


 


 

  1. Visit the Login Page: Go to the PayPro Global customer login page at https://cc.payproglobal.com/Customer.
  2. Enter Your Credentials: Log in using your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your email to regain access to your account.

Step 2: Add a New Payment Card


 


 

  1. Once logged in, find and click on the "My Credit Cards" section.
  2. Click on the "Add a New Card" button.
  3. Fill in the required fields with your new card information.
  4. You will be prompted to attach the card immediately by selecting "Yes." This will make the new card your primary payment method. If you prefer to do this manually, skip to the next step.


 

Step 3: Make the New Card Primary (Optional)

  1. Manually Set Primary Card: If you did not attach the card immediately, you can set it as your primary card manually. Find the new card in your list of saved cards.
  2. Select Primary: Click on the option to make this card your primary payment method.

Step 4: Update Card Information for Subscriptions


 


 

  1. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section in your account.
  2. Locate the active subscription for which you want to update the payment information.
  3. Click on the "Change Card" button next to the subscription.
  4. Choose the new card from the list of saved cards to update your payment information for that subscription.



 

Updating your payment card data on PayPro Global is a straightforward process that ensures your subscriptions continue without any payment interruptions.
