How we can help?

SVG filetype requirements

The following guidelines should be followed when uploading SVG files:

  • SVG 1.0, 1.1, or 1.2 profiles must be used when saving or exporting the file.
  • We recommend using Adobe Illustrator's default export profile (SVG 1.1) for the best experience.
  • For further customization, use 'Presentation Attributes' styling to change shapes' colors in-app.
  • Make sure all strokes, paths, and text boxes have been expanded (Select your artwork > Object > Expand).
  • The same-colored shapes will be edited together.
  • To maintain all editing options, don't use more than 12 colors in your SVG.
  • Ideally, SVGs should have a max-width/max-height of 1000 pixels.
  • All unnecessary layers, anchor points, and invisible objects should be removed.
  • Your SVG should not include textures, images, or gradients.
  • Whenever possible, do not use compressed SVG files or SVGZ files.
  • It is recommended not to use 'Internal CSS' styles.
