How can we help?

Teamwork features

Today we're going to take a look at teamwork in BannerBoo.

Workspaces

BannerBoo has the ability to create multiple workspaces. In order to create a new one, you need to click on the arrow next to the name of your workspaces. In the dropdown box, you can also switch between your workspaces.

Click on the "New workspaces" button and give it a name. As you can see, your workspaces have been added to the list, and were switched to the new workspace. You can see it on the left side of the screen.

Team members

In order to add a team member to these workspaces, you need to click on the gear in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the drop-down window, select "Users". Then you get to the team management page and click the "Invite user" button.

In the window that appears, you need to enter the user's e-mail, as well as determine his role.

The Administrator role has the following permissions:
— add/edit/delete workspaces, folders, banners,
— invite/remove team members to workspaces, assign and change roles.

The Manager role has the following permissions:
— add/edit/delete folders, banners in the workspace,
— invite/remove team members to workspaces, assign and change roles.

The "Designer" role can: — create/edit/delete/export folders and banners.

And "Visitor" is a person who can only: — view their folders and workspace banners.

Select the role and click "Invite".
Your participant will then receive an invitation email.

All added team members will be displayed on the team page.

You can change the role of participants at any time.

You can delete a team member by clicking on the basket on the right opposite the member himself.

If the member has not received an email with a link to the invitation, you can either send the email again by clicking on the arrow on the right opposite the member, or directly send the link by copying it by clicking on the "copy" icon.

Move folder to the other workspace

You can easily transfer a folder from one workspace to another. Just click on the folder's menu, select the "Move" option.

In the pop-up, choose the destination workspace from the list and click the "Move" button. It's that simple!
